Dawn Grey and Fern Bishop are based in the South West of England and have been supporting families for over 45 years collectively. Together they hold a vast collection of qualifications and certifications in Child Development and are highly trained Level 6 Paediatric Sleep Consultants. Equally they have dedicated their entire careers to the health and wellbeing of families in varying teaching and supportive roles.
They formed The Big Sleep Company in response to the very apparent need to break through a heavily saturated and yet largely unregulated industry to provide families with evidence-based guidance, to manage their challenges and overcome the many questions and huge controversy that surrounds sleep, in a positive and respectful way.
They don’t promise to ‘fix’ your baby’s sleep in a set number of days and neither do they give you unrealistic expectations... but what they do provide, are the step-by-step guides, videos, tools and practical solutions to gently guide you through the enormous responsibility of parenting.

"The Big Sleep Co. *is* that middle ground.

We want to show you how achievable it is to stay true to the importance of connection, attachment, and respectful approach to parenting, whilst achieving better sleep and a calmer home with safe, gentle and effective techniques.

We know that by delivering these high-quality courses, jam packed full of evidence-based guidance and information, we can elevate your experience of parenthood and fill in the gaps."
